The Dutch Campervan Association (NKC) discovered our vanlife cooking videos and asked us if we couldn’t record some for them, but with us as the chefs, instead of guests. This was the second one we made, in our ‘back yard’, on the other side of the mountain from Polopos: Tortilla Espanola.
