Before we ‘landed’ in Polopos we traveled around Europe in our van, filming chefs, ourselves and other F&B professionals along the way.

It was a steep learning curve to master video making. We had no experience at all when we set out. This was Wijnand’s first timelapse, a sunrise recorded in the Basque Country.
