Renovation project in the heart of the village

Polopos is very popular among the mountain villages that overlook the Mediterranean Sea. The population has almost doubled in the last 6 years. Dilapitated houses are renovated, artists is residence make art in public spaces, there are events with live music and there is bar and a restaurant that is open form morning till midnight six days a week.

The only downside: it is getting harder and harder to find houses for sale. That is why we are happy to be able to offer this property, which is located on the main square in the heart of the Polopos. It is a plot of 87 m2 of which 37 m2 is built on.
